Custom Car Stereo & Tint

Apologies guys! I thought i had left a review months ago and just realized I had not. I was referred here by Integrity 1st after my cars factory speakers were making a crackling sound for a week out of nowhere. These guys went in and spent like an hour diagnosing and ultimately resetting all the speakers which solved the issue. I wanted and offered to pay them beyond deiagnostics but they refused saying they ultimately they wouldnt charge since they didnt actually figure out what caused it in the first place. They even referred me to a a specialist that deals with factory equipment. Been months and still no issues. These guys are very honest in my books and if I was someone looking to put a subwoofer in the trunk (like my dad did in his old 300), I would start here.

5-star experience all the way! I had my Lexus windows tinted here nine years ago, and when I recently noticed a crease in the passenger window tint, I wasn’t even sure who had done the original work. Once I found my receipt, I visited their new location and was amazed that they still honored the warranty without any hassle. Outstanding customer service, great professionalism, and a business that truly stands behind its work. Highly recommend!

After spending thousands of dollars on a stereo system installed by a competitor, it never quite sounded right. I finally brought my vehicle to Custom Car Stereo & Tint, and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix what others couldn’t. The difference is incredible — my system now sounds better than it ever has. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. If you want people who truly understand car audio, this is the place to go.

Went in to replace my two front passenger/driver windows, waited maybe 5 minutes to be helped. The tall blue eyed man at the front counter did offer recommendations to try and upsell so I did feel a little pressured but I was set on what I wanted done. I used a Groupon and I just don’t get why they’d get upset if we don’t want to upgrade, if they don’t want to offer a low price deal then why even advertise on Groupon? Makes no sense to me. I even let them take off the tint which was $20 each window, I could’ve done that part at home myself but I wanted to give them some type of business (eventhough I’ve already spent money on the Groupon). They should let their work speak for itself and let people decide wether or not they want to come back and get more work done. I lowkey felt like they were talking behind my back and if I hadn’t felt that way I would’ve most certainly brought my car back. They did such a great job! In under an hour which was faster than I anticipated. I’m torn on how to feel, I do recommend this place because of their work just feel like their mannerisms & the customer service could’ve been better.
